dial 9 for outside line

in phone and modem options i have it set to dial 9 for an outside line but i
get a no dialtone error if i try to send a fax. is it waiting for a dialtone
after the 9? if so, can i make it blind dial after the 9, i still need
dialtone detection before the 9 is dialed.

n/m, i misinterpreted what it is doing. it's having trouble follwing the
dialing rules.

yes i am aware of that and it works if i enter in a manual fax job on the
server.
a client box sending from a outlook contact list to the shared fax printer
doesn't work.
