database product.

I would suggest you post to the appropriate Windows or your email
program's newsgroup.

You did not say what e-mail program you are using so no one can really
say.

With most you use what ever form of message rules the program has and
write a program to delete it.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
