IP address lease not recognized

Hi guys,

Been having a problem with the following. I've done the Google search, but
don't seem to get a hit that helps. Running a Linksys Router and cable
modem. Most of the time Mail Washer is opened, it cannot find the server, so
I presume that I must change something to do with the lease. Maybe using
another beginning I.P. address in the Router. Okay, I am stopping the
babbling. H E L P !! LOL

Event Type: Error

Do you really need DHCP?

Why not just assign a fixed IP address to your computer(s) and turn off DHCP
services in the router?
