Internet speed test on XP

Hi,

I have a computer, just got a new DSL services last week and I feel
that Im not getting a good speed, so I want to test my lines, from PC
to DSL Modem and from PC to Router to Modem. I heard that the speed
tests available on the web arent reliable, so I was wondering if
anybody could recommend me a program to test speed on the network, and
also download and upload speed from the web.
