When ever I try to download somthing off the internet
like an update of ie.6 ect I get the download screen and
it appears to be active, on occasions down to the
remaining time ect but nothing is actually happening, no
download is occuring to the selected location no matter
how long this window remains open, Port checks indicate
the connection is open and remains so untill the download
is cancelled but no data is being accepted by the
computer.
