Information Bar Help...XP Home SP2

I just recently got Service Pack 2, and I have turned on
the automatic promting for ActiveX control and plugins,
but whenever I goto a site with Active X, or flash, the
bar still comes up telling me that the Active content on
the page has been blocked. How do I stop this from
happening? Any help on this would be appriciated greatly.
