Sure thing....easy fix. Turn off pop-up blocker while you do that. SP2 has
pop up blocker and it stop McAfee from that download. I had the same issue.
Go to tools and popup and turn it off. Do the install and all, and turn it
back on when your finished.

Sorry for the late reply.
When it says that, right underneath the address bar there should be a little
bar that runs across and say Active X on it.
Click on that to install it.

What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
Here's one more suggestion as well.
While on internet:
Go to Tools
Internet Options
Security Tab (Are you on on High, Medium, or Low?)
Choose Medium.
Choose Custom Level, and then go to the Active X options and enable them all.
Then try your Mcafee download.
If it does work, make sure you go back there and go back into custom level
and hit reset. Or choose Default before custome level.
