This may seem obvious, but is there a way of creating a selective index, i.e.
one at the front of the 'book' outlining the main chapter headings, then have
a more detailed one at the back which also includes the main chapter headings.
As I keep working on the document, and adding pages, the page numbers are
obviously changing. These are picked up by the Index marks. but now that I
have almost come to the end I'd like to create an 'abbreiviated' index at the
front. Bar creating one by typing in all the headings and their page numbers
manually, is there an automated method?
I'm trying to create a sort of quick reference page.
