importing favorites from IE 5.5 to IE 6

I'm trying to import my favorites from IE 5.5 to IE 6
over a network. When I browse to the MSIE 5.5 Favorites
folder , it won't let me import. Any ideas how I can
easily import my old favorites from 1 computer to
another? I don't see a "Favorites" folder under Windows
XP like I do in Win 98.

IE5.5: File>Import and Export>Export>Favorites.

IE6: File>Import and Export>Import>Favorites> point the wizard to the
exported IE5.5 file.
