Illegal Operation - Invalid Page Fault Winspool.drv

I have WIN98 everytime I try to scan for updates on the
windows website it goes to 66% then stops with Iexplore -
This program has performed and IO ... Invalid Page Fault
in module Winspool.drv. The it gets a kernal Page Fault
then makes you close IE. I suspect it may be memory... I
have only 94 MB Ram
