iKernel.exe error loading type "library.DLL"

I was trying to load in drivers from a CD and got this
message. does anyone know if this is a part of Windows
2000 that is missing from the system programs. Please let
me know if you have a solution on how to fix this. Pleas
reply to e-mail address.
