error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000)

Hi i get this message when trying to install some of fujitsu-siemens
extension utilities; error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000) , and when
trying to upgrade this potentially lost files through windows xp cd it
notifies me about next :

Windows XP Upgrade Compatibility
********************************************************************
The option to upgrade will not be available at this time because Setup was
unable to load the file E:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL.

The system cannot find the file specified.

What to do ?
*It might be i had undeliberately uniinstall one of my computer producer's
system extension...
