ok, my anti-virus detected this file as having a virus that
cannot be cleaned. so my basic instinct is to quarantine
it. once it's quarantined, i'm not able to use my IE anylonger.

i've tried & TRIED looking in the Microsoft.com pages, but
end up trying to pull my hair out because there's nothing
that i've found to help me clean or repair this file.
without this file, i'm not able to use IE6.. so that i
could update my windows.

the funny thing about it, yesterday & this morning, i
decided to search a way on Microsoft.com to uninstally IE6
so that i might be able to get that file again, by
reinstalling the whole program. but all i've found is:

175670 - How to Completely Uninstall Internet Explorer 3.02

but nothing about to uninstall anything higher. could
someone help?
