IE Windows Size

Is there a solution to this IE windows size problem? I always have to set
back my IE windows size so that it will not occupied my whole desktop upon
launching (Not maximize). I think it is the problem with certain web sites
which always automatically set my IE to occupy full desktop area.

Sorry for the bad explaination. Hope there's a permanent fix to this.
