I have what I hope isn't considered a dumb question. I am having trouble with
my Address Book and have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook Express several
times without fixing the issue. My next step will be to uninstall and
reinstall IE 6. BUT I don't want to get myself into a situation where I can't
get to the website to reinstall IE 6 & I don't have a CD to do so either. I
currently subscribe to MSN Premium and think that I can use that as a browser
without having IE 6 installed. If so, that would solve my problem. Am I
correct in thinking that both IE 6 and MSN Premium are stand alone web
browsers?
