Identity sending but not receiving. No error message.

I am not receiving emails from my identity (e-mail address removed),
but I am able to send them.

If I send emails to the original account name Blueyonder (now Virgin) gave
me, they arrive in my inbox fine.

I have tried deleting the account and adding it again with the same result.
The problem started two days ago when Virgin asked me for my user name and
password. I have spoken to Virgin and they say that as long as mail is being
received on the original account name it is Windows Mail's problem, not
theirs.

The Microsoft helpline offered its usual "support".

Anyone out there who can help me find all the emails sent to the
luke.meredith address? I repeat, there is no error message and in the
accounts properties box the luke.meredith address is ticked to include when
receiving.

I checked that mailbox and it does accept mail for
(e-mail address removed) .

I don't understand your reference to "original account name".
Is (e-mail address removed) an alias for the original account,
or are there two separate accounts unrelated to each other?

Can't get to Google.com? Did you block it in IE (or whatever web access you
use) Is your modem or router blocking it? Is your antivirus blocking it?
Can you get to other websites? Did you try another search engine (Bing)?
