i need a great help from you

i had this problem with my computer Winxp
thing are going slow not right as it used to be.
they are missging files and i do not have any thing to
keep it save.
i hope to hear from you soon
 
Your going to need to give use more infomation to help.
What has missings files? do you get any error messages?
have you installed all updates for windows XP?
