I get a notice when I insert an mp3 music disc into drive

I get a notice that says "please go to the control panel
to install and configure system components". What is this
notice talking about? I can still play music off of the
disc just fine but the box comes up just when I insert a
new mp3 disc. Nothing happens when I put in a regular
disc.
