i e toolbars

I have re-arranged my toolbars so that address bar is to the right of the standard buttons; freeing up the entire second line for my links bar. I then lock the toolbars which holds fine UNTIL the computer reboots. What is causing xp to revert back to the default settings on reboot??

thanks; but? is there any change I can make to the reg so that they are saved like they were in win 98?

The first line reads "REGEDIT4", which is compatible with 98 as well.
