I cant open windows XP some one can help .

2 days a go I was in line a my PC freese so bad that i need to turn off the
power and when i star my PC gave me the screen that appear when windows wasnt
shut down properly...I had the options of (Safe Mode, Safe mode with
networking, Safe mode with command, last known good
configuration,and start windows normally,) ..I tried them all ...and the same

thing kept happening..I even pressed F8 after restarting and tried some of
the options in that menu...the thing is
I dont know what else I need to do if I cannot get into windows at all....
(Now I dont care if i lost all but I have some hope that this can be fix it
but if I need to lost all is fine) and this is one of the message i get when
i was trying all the options.........

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives

I would say that this error and the subsequent technical efficiency required
to fix it is beyond your level of experience. Take it to a professional to
have it looked at, but if the 'technical' person says you need to re-install
windows then they are only interested in the easy fix.

Microsoft's response to your error message. (it is technical and has various
solutions based on several criteria)
