I cannot perform the backup on Windows XP

When I try to perform the backup, the display shows: the
backup file name "My Documents.bkf" could not be used.
Please ensure it is a valid name, and you have sufficient
access. I am the only user. So what?
 
Just a guess but maybe it doesn't like having a space in the name. Or maybe
change it to not match the "my documents" folder...
