I added users after Outlook was set up how do I get my emails back

I had completely set up my Outlook and downloaded all emails from the server
when my son came home and decided to set us (4) all up with user accounts.
Now when I go to my user account it wants me to set up my Outlook all over
again. What happened to all my emails that I had already downloaded??
Help...I lost them all.

Outlook, or Outlook express? If it's Outlook, do a search for *.pst
files. If Outlook Express, look for *.dbx files. Be sure to search in
hidden files and folders, since XP helpfully marks the email folders as
hidden.

Start, Search, All files and folders, More Advanced Options, Search System
Folders and Search Hidden Files and FOlders.

You might ask your son what else he did.

OL doesnt use user accounts it uses Profiles.
You need to ask your son what exactly he did, whilst screwing up your PC/OL

I'll try that... but I know that all he did was add Users because I was
standing right there when he did it.
