administrator set up files lost

HI I have reciently set up a new administrator user on my computer , i had
been using the computer administrator account for everyday useage, now i have
lost all the settings, contacts, emails and files for that user .
helppppppppppppppp, my wife is making my life hell, coz she cant email anyone
(lost email set up details).

Windows XP Professional I presume?

Using the Welcome screen?
Reboot, press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice in a row at he welcome screen and log in as
"administrator".
(I don't know the password - if there is one.)
