HP T45 Won't Scan - MSKBA#320549

Need hotfix from MS for known bug previously published by
MS under Q320549. Up to date w/my updates from MS. Still
having problem. When will patch be posted to MS update
site? Is hotpatch available any other way besides paying
MS for support?
