HP ScanJet 4300C

I changed usb port on my HP ScanJet 4300C and it is not
working. I downloaded the drivers from HP site but I get
a fatal error message saying cannot create output file:
c:sj657\hpupdate.exe. What to do? Thanks

The error is that it can't create a file in a perfectly
normal path. Are you logged in as administrator? You may
not have permission to do this if not.
