I have a HP ScanJet 4300C. It used to work until I
change the USB port on it. Does anyone know a fix. I
have reinstalled the software and downloaded the
recommended drivers for Windows XP. When I run my
download an error message comes back saying cannot create
output file: c:\sj657\hpupdate.exe. What to do? Thanks
