how fix it ?

Hi , I just came from install service pack 2 and when a
restart my computer a blue screen show off and said :
Stop : c0000135 (unable to locate component)
this application has failed to star because winsrv was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Please help me

That error means the 'winsrv.dat' or 'winsrv.dll' file is missing or
corrupt in the Windows\System32 folder, or more likely that
the registry is corrupt.
