Urgent Help needed!

I got a virus, and used a windows spyware recommendation to remove it, but
when I restarted my computer, I couldn't reach the user accounts page, as
this message came up on a blue screen:

"STOP: c0000135(Unable to locate component)This application failed to start
beacuse winsrv was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem."

Does anyone know what 'winsrv' is, and how I could contain it, given that I
can't get further than user accounts? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yeah, will do just a mistake, cos it was my first post, didn't read that it
took 5 mins to post.
