how do i set up outlook express?

I am having trouble setting up outlook. I get a message saying what is your
incoming/outgoing message server. ie: POP3 etc i do not understand what this
means?

Call your ISP and ask them for the required info. Outlook and Outlook
Express are two totally different programs. This newsgroup is for support of
Outlook, not Outlook Express.
