When setting up Outlook it ask me to pick an "Incoming e-mail server type"
What is that and which do I pick. I can pick "POP3, IMAP or HTTP"?

Also it asks me "Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server. What do I type?

Also it asks me "Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name. What do I type?

I'm using Microsoft Windows Basic Vista.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

To be honest, this is such a basic question, I'm not entirely sure this is
the best place for you to be asking, but, lets start with the most basic
question:

Are you trying to connect to the email server at your ISP or to a different
server (and if it is a different server, what is the domain name you're trying
to connect to)?
