how do i do a reinstall forr every thing

please help my friend has wiped her comp and needs to reinstall and dose not
know how please help
 
Tell her to take her PC, every software install CD she has, and her
Credit Card to the nearest Computer service store. Software can be
reinstalled; data *might* be recoverable.
