Transfer or copy album structure (not just photos) from iPhone 14 to PC

My wife has an iPhone 14 and many photos and videos in albums.
She can transfer individual photos and videos, but would like to copy the complete album structure with the photos to her Windows 10 laptop.

How can that be done?
Do we need an app for that?
 
That app seems to allow transfer of files, but not the Album structure.
