How do I change the default Windows Explorer startup folder for Wi

I would like to change the default Windows Explorer startup folder for the
Win+E hotkey. Currently when I use Win+E, Windows Explorer starts in 'My
Computer', but I would like to start in 'C:\' or possibly some other
directory. I know there are a lot of posts about how to create/change a
Windows Explorer shortcut to start in whatever directory you would like, but
I want to change the Win+E hotkey instead.

You can't. The workaround is to create a separate shortcut.
