Windows + e shortcut start folder modification?

I have seen many suggestions on how to change my start folder when I click on
Windows Explorer. It usually starts in My Documents. When I use the windows
+ e keyboard shortcut, it starts in the My Computer Folder. I am fine with
the windows + e, but I would like it to go to another folder. Is there a way
to modify this start folder?

Option: Add a folder to the right click of the start button:
