How can I put links to files on my hard drive on a web page and give
people access to some large files on my drive and keep files on my other
drives secure?

I want to put links to pictures I have painted on a web site but keep
the pictures on my drive ( files are too large to be uploaded to this
outfit because of their size restrictions -- their drives would quickly
fill up if they allowed us to upload full size files ).

But, I am also concerned about security of my regular files on other
hard drives.
