How can I Copy a Word doc to a cd rom & not let it be copied/paste

I need to supply a client with some information, however, I don't want them
to be able to copy and paste the document into their own?

Can I lock the document from being copied or pasted, removing my content
from my watermarked pages?
 
You could send a .pdf that is locked down really, really tight. Of course
you're going to need Acrobat to do that. Other than that, not really. If
they want the data, they're going to get it. Plain and simple.
 
Even if you snail-mail them a hard copy they can scan it and use the content
as they see fit.

If it is that important, you might want to look into digital signatures.
