Hotmail

My son and I each have a Hotmail addy, and use the same
computer. I decided to add another, and have never been
able to use it, or more importantly, get rid of it! The
darn thing has taken over. From the outset. I have have
had"Access temporarily denied" too many attempts have been
made to unsucessfully log on to this site. Since then
every time I start the comp, this new addy appears on IM.
I cannot access the other accounts from the comp,unless I
go thru and use IM as the pathway, and this doesn't always
work. I sign on ok with one account, only to find on sign
out, the intruding name appears, or if I reduce the size
of the screen, I'm tossed out, and cannot access another
site without going back to square 1.
I have phoned Microsoft, and told there is
no correction available,and I would have to be patient,
the situation would right it's self. I've waited 3 months,
and it's only getting worse, and I'm going nuts! Was told
if I was using MSN8, they could have done something about
it. I've tried all the things I know, can anyone help me
get rid of this menace?!!

So, you go to the site http://www.hotmail.com and when it asks for your
user name and password, you type it in and can only get to the new Hotmail
address? Si that a correct restatement of the problem?

Or, do you only access your Web-based Hotmail accounts through the Windows
Messenger?

Or, are you accessing your Web-based Hotmail account with Outlook Express
and having difficulties with that?

Please specify which of these things you are having trouble with.

And then she did the dishes and then......cleaned out her closets. Oh...and
then.....she also decided to buy a blue car.
