Paul,

What most likely happened is that the cookies that provide the differing
email accounts were deleted. Only the one cookie is still present and
that's the account showing when you attempt to log in to Hotmail.
So, to show all of the accounts again you'll need to put a mark next to
" Save my email address " when you attempt to log into Hotmail with the
other accounts. And, don't delete the cookies that provide such info.

HOW TO Optimize IE for Windows Live Hotmail
[NB: There are separate sections for IE6 and IE7 (incorrectly titled
"Windows Explorer 7"); the IE7 section applies to IE8]

MowGreen,

I know about cookies and I have tried several ways (without having cookies
removed). I also checked {AVG - my virus program} to make sure it is not
removing them. Went into ie settings to make sure I have appropriate storage
for cookies.

Thank you for your reply though.

Whenever I click the Hotmail button it use to give me a list of my four
different email accounts ([email protected]) ([email protected]) )[email protected])
ect. I did something and now it will only list the last name I signed into.

How do I get it to list all the names again?

Might it be that you had the auto-signon component installed from the
Windows Live [Essentials] suite (http://get.live.com)? It seems that
even if you want to install just one component of their suite, like
Windows Live Mail, you get stuck with several other and possibly
unwanted crapola. The signon assistant is one of them. It only works
with the Live ID logins (which would include the Windows Live Hotmail
service).

Other than reinstalling the Windows Live Essentials (or component
therein), I'm not sure how to restore just the sign-in assistant
component. I know how to DELETE it after installing one of the Live
components. I don't want the extra crap.
