Hello,
For the past two weeks or so, I've been unable to access my hotmail account
on a regular basis. Using Win XP SP3.
On the days when the problem occurs, what happens is that I'm able to log-in
and am then taken (after lots of text chatter on the tan bottom bar) to a
blank white page where everything stops. Then - waiting a couple of minutes,
clicking the refresh button, contrl-alt-del button, etc. - nothing works and
xing out and getting on with life is the only thing left to do.
I've read the recent posts at Windows XP General with their various
technical recommendations - nothing seems to work for me. No real changes to
my computer settings and no problems with other e-mail services (yahoo,
gmail, lycos etc). Yesterday my hotmail worked fine; today back to the same
old problem. Seems like I'm on the "two days off and one day on" allotment.
Anybody else having similar experience and any thoughts on solving the
problem once and for all? Any way to give feedback directly to the hosts at
Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live/Etc.?
