i keep getting an error about runtime c++ not closing
properly, when I try to open outlook. This started
happening, when I downloaded norton 2004 nav & nis. What
should i do?

Sue,

I think i'm familiar with this error, i've encontered it
in the past. Can you just clarify which error it is (i.e
exactly what it says on the screen) as there are a number
of issues that can occur with Norton + Outlook.
