NAV blank windows

I am using Windows XP SP2.When open the NAV 2004,The window is completely
blank with only the header,NORTON ANTIVIRUS.Reinstalling the NAV does not fix
the problem.Please help.

If NAV 2004 is the only application with these symptoms, perhaps you should
contact Symantec?
