Internal Program Error

Message : Norton Virus has encountered an internal program
eror...(3005,545) when starting Norton Antivirus 2004
options.
Situation: when opening options in Norton Antivirus 2004
or Norton Antivirus 2004 professional (collectively
reffered to as NAV in this document), you receive the
error message :"Norton Antivirus has encountered an
internal program error, please uninstall and
reinstall "Norton Antivirus". In the lower left corner of
the error message box, you see the numbers 3005,545.

Suggested solution : This error occurs when the NAV option
list is unable to communicate with a script blocking file
called scrBlock.dll. Uninstall and reinstall Norton.

I have tried to uninstall Norton, but unable to keep
the "Options screen" on the screen long enough to take any
action.

I am wondering if this file has been accidently removed,
if so, is it possible to download this file with resorting
to installing all of windows ?

I would go to Norton's website to view their FAQ and do a search for the error codes
you are finding or even email them. I know that they do have instructions to manually
remove their programs, but it involves registry modification which is no big deal if
you are careful. You also could try installing it again one time or if you have a
System Restore point before all this happened, try going back to that and install
