help with IE6 cookies pleeease, begging

I have been trying to log on at Ebay. The problem is that I get taken to a
page that says my browser is set to block cookies. I have checked
everything, including my anti virus/firewall, and even over-ridden settings
to make sure ebay is not blocked, but, even after re-booting, ebay is saying
my browser is blocking cookies. I
am using IE 6. any help would be so much appreciated.

in ie tools. options .privacy set cookies to medium
high and click apply.

Suggest disabling any firewall until cookies are working correctly. Make
certain your time, date, and time *zone* settings are all correct.

None of this is working either, I have followed all of your suggestions, but
it just refuses to work.
Is there anything else I can do?
