Cookies Problem

I have internet explorer 6 I can not sign into my ebay
page because the message I'm getting is my Browser I'm
using is rejecting cookies. What do I do. It only
happens when going into the Ebay page for me to sign in.

I have gone into IE and IO and set my setting to accept
cookies but it still seems not to work

can yo help
