Help with Fax please

I have been trying desperatly all day to receive fax's but keep getting an
error message saying "Failure to receive Fax"
Sending a Fax is not a problem: I use 01566880116 and off it goes.
It will not receive a fax to the printer.
I have configured the settings to receive after 6 Rings.Auto.
The TSID I have set to my Home phone Number 01566880116tarpsuk
the CSID I have set to my home phone number 01566880116tarpsuk
Rrinter is an epson stylusPhoto 810
Operating system is Windows XP Home edition ... could some one please tell
me where I am going wrong. ??
