Help. Receive 2 messages each email sent to me

Each time I receive an email on Windows Mail (with Vista), I receive 2 exact
same messages. How do I correct this? Thanks.
 
Make sure you haven't duplicated your account information, which happens
sometimes.

If that doesn't work try going to Tools -> Accounts -> Double click on
account in question -> goto Advanced tab. Look down at Delivery, Leave a
copy of messages on Server. If thats checked off it might be the cause.
