Tell us who your internet provider is and we may be able to find
their instructions for using their email servers, from which you
only need the part for the outgoing email server.
What do you suggest that I substitute for my current SMTP server?
:
Interesting error message! At first glance the error message is quite
misleading, but if you place the emphasis on one word:
"No such user HERE"
it starts to make a little bit of sense. Of course there is no
@hotmail.com
recipient with a mailbox at Velocecoffee.com. Which begs the question,
why is the Velocecoffee.com server not passing the message forward
to the Hotmail server? It is because the Velocecoffee.com server is not
authorized to act as a relay for non-local traffic. You are not
connecting
from the Velocecoffee.com IP range, you are probably connecting from
your own ISP since Velocecoffee.com is not an ISP. Attempting to use
an SMTP server other than the one belonging to your ISP is a non-no in
today's anti-spamming environment.
The solution is for you to substitute the SMTP server belonging to your
ISP. Your recipients will not notice the difference.

Here's another one:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read
the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help
determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service
provider.
The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re:

:
This problem happens every time and with all emails.
:
Does this problem only happen when sending to that particular
recipient, or when sending to any recipient?
The mail server is saying that (e-mail address removed) doesn't
exist.

You left off the most important part of the error message.
That part should look something like this:
The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject

Server Response: '550 relay not permitted', Port: 25,

Please post the entire error message.

I have 2 computers, one has Outook (xp) and one has Windows
mail (vista)
both set up for the same email address. When I receive an
email on Windows
and open it, it doesn't appear on the Outlook computer.
Anything received on
Outlook always comes through on Windows.
How can I get my email to always appear on both computers?
Also, the Windows Vista computer will only receive email, I get
an error
message when I try to send:
