Help needed badly

i have posted this a few times now but none of the adive i have gotten has
seemed to help if anyone has experenced the same problem and has a solution
and could give me some way to fix my problem or to take control of my
computer in order to fix my problem it would be greatly apprecheated

my problem is that i have no sound on my computer i have gone to device
manager and found an error saying This device cannot start. (Code 10) under
both MPU_401 compatible midi device and C-Media AC97 Audio Device

i need some halp very badly

Sounds like you need to install your sound drivers. Got the motherboard CD?

i have alreaddy tries rock's idea and i do have my motherboard cd but i dont
know how to install my sound drivers
 
Stick the CD in the drive and click on "audio"

I had the same prob..after trying to download my drivers..i stuck in
soundblaster card(cheap)..and that fixed the prob

Computer or electronics store. You can also purchase one online. Look at
Newegg or even eBay.
What is the make and model of your computer. Motherboard etc. You should be
able to get the onboard sound working. Have you checked to see if it is
disabled in the bios?
You can also download a system diagostic utility to find out what driver
you need and where to obtain it.
