Help me please! Possessed by that annoying language bar that won't stay off.

I keep on turning off the "language bar" but it keeps on poping up like an
anoying spyware ad. Is there a fix to totally destroy this pest and remove
it from my computer?

Thanks, I should have known Kelly had a fix. It worked perfectly even
removing the option under toolbars and I saw there is a restore so I saved
that too.
