Remove Language Bar

Off late, I find that when WinXP Pro starts, the Language Bar comes up
on the TaskBar. Though I can remove it by right-clicking the TaskBar,
selecting Toolbars & then unchecking Language Bar, I just don't want
it to come up on the TaskBar when WinXP starts.

How do I prevent the Language Bar to come up automatically on the
TaskBar when WinXP starts?

This never happened any time before; maybe I inadvertently pressed
some keys which makes it come up on the TaskBar.

That was something that started happening on PCs after SP2 was installed.
To get rid of it permanently, go to the Control Panel and open Regional and
Language Options. Click on the Language tab and then the Details button >
Language Bar button. And remove the checkbox to display the Language Bar.
